You must have purchased in the last 7 days preceding the survey at any Wawa convenience store or gas station in the United States.
- Receipt with Invitation Code
Your purchase receipt from this recent Wawa store visit must have a printed 19-digit alphanumeric survey invitation code required to start the survey.
- Survey Within 7 Days of Visit
The MyWawaVisit Survey must be taken within a week (7 days) of your respective Wawa store purchase as per the terms for valid feedback.
- Legal US Resident
Only legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older can participate in the MyWawaVisit Survey by Wawa.
- Employee Exclusion
Current employees or families of employees working at the Wawa corporate office or any of its store locations cannot take part in the survey.

Step 3: Enter the 19-digit Code
Accurately input the 19-digit survey code printed on your Wawa purchase receipt to proceed further.
Step 4: Answer All Survey Questions
There will be a total of 12 survey questions related to your recent visit experience that you must answer honestly.
Step 5: Confirm Survey Responses
Before final submission, confirm all your responses across questions have been recorded accurately.
